How it works
Mixing takes three steps.
Calculate
Pick a direction and amount to see what you receive, the minimum, and the fee.
Create an order
Enter your two receiving addresses and pick a delay for each. We issue a deposit address.
Deposit & receive
Send the exact amount; after network confirmation the payout is prepared and leaves in two transfers, each after its own delay.
Frequently asked questions
No. There is no registration, no email and no documents — we run no KYC of any kind. You create an order and track it by its link and ID. Save the order link: it is the only way back to your order.
No registration, no email, no documents, no KYC. What we keep is the order itself — its addresses, amounts and times. An order created on the clearnet site also records the connecting IP address, which is erased after 30 days; an order created over Tor carries no IP at all. Service logs exist so the site can be run and repaired, and they rotate on their own.
The quote you see is final: a service fee of 0.5% is the only thing we add, and the amount quoted already has every fee deducted. The guaranteed minimum you will receive is always shown before you create the order.
Two things add up. The deposit has to be confirmed by its own network, which usually takes minutes, and then each transfer waits out the delay you chose for it — up to 6 hours. With no delay on either address, the order usually completes shortly after confirmation.
The payout is always split between two addresses that leave separately, so one deposit no longer lines up with one matching withdrawal. That is the point of the service, which is why a single-address payout is not offered.
You choose a delay for each of the two addresses when creating the order. The countdown starts when your deposit settles, not when the order is created, and a small random spread is added so the release is not an exact round time. The order page shows the status of each transfer and how long is left.
Yes — pick the same asset on both sides of the form. As with every order, the link between your deposit and your payout is not written to the public blockchain, and the coin comes back as two transfers to two addresses of yours, each after its own delay, so no single withdrawal mirrors your deposit. To change the asset and the amount as well, take the payout in another coin.
The minimum is always shown under the amount field. There is no fixed maximum, so most of the time none is shown: what limits a large mix is how much liquidity the protocol has for that direction right then, and it changes from minute to minute. If your amount is above it the calculation says so and names how much can be mixed at that moment.
Assets are listed together with their network — always send on the network shown on the order page and never on another one. Networks that require a memo/tag are not offered: we cannot attach one, and two payouts would double the risk of a lost transfer.
Payments to the same deposit address add up: top up the missing part and the mix starts automatically. The order page shows exactly how much is left to send.
Exactly the amount stated in the order goes into the mix; the excess takes no part in it and is held for you — contact support with your order ID and we will send it back.
Send only on the network shown on the order page. Funds sent on another network do not reach the mixer and may be lost — contact support with your order ID and the transaction hash; recovery is manual and not always possible.
A late deposit is usually picked up automatically: the order resumes once the payment is detected, even after cancellation or expiry. If the order does not resume, contact support with the order ID and the transaction hash.
Every order is processed on a private settlement layer, so the link between your deposit and your payout is not written to the public blockchain. There is no other mode to choose.
